It’s Barbecue Season Again!

Here’s how to grill properly.

If you have a balcony, we recommend an electric grill. It creates the least smoke. Charcoal grills are prohibited on the balcony due to fire risk.
If you have a patio, you can choose your grill. Just remember not to place it too close to the facade or bushes/trees.
If possible, you can grill in the courtyard. Remember not to place the grill too close to anything that can catch fire, like vegetation or a facade.
Always keep an eye on the grill and be considerate of your neighbors.
Grill charcoal/briquettes and remaining ash should be sorted as residual waste. But make sure everything is completely cooled before disposing of it; otherwise, it may start a fire.
