At Katrineholms Fastighets AB, we are looking for a summer temporary worker for our fault reporting service. You will be the first person our tenants come into contact with, so a passion for service is essential to succeed in the role.
Your Work Tasks
- Receive fault reports over the counter, phone, and email
- Distribute and follow up on reported cases
- Maintain daily contact with internal staff and contractors
- Assist in our customer service with key provision
Requirements Profile
- Good computer skills, preferably experience with operating systems
- Excellent service skills, both internally and externally
- Proficient in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
Personal Traits
The work involves daily contact with our tenants and contractors. Therefore, it’s important that you are an outgoing person who is cooperative and enjoys establishing positive relationships. You are used to working independently and must be able to make your own decisions. Additionally, you should be responsible, meticulous, flexible, and stress-resistant.
The position is a temporary replacement until the end of July, starting week 26
