Negotiations regarding the 2024 rent are now complete. The rent increase applies from January 1st. As for housing rent, the rents will be increased by 60 SEK/sqm per year. For additional features, the price will increase by 5%.
Example: A rent of 6,000 SEK for 60 sqm will increase by 300 SEK/month.
60×60 = 3,600 SEK/year
3,600/12 = 300 SEK/month
300+6000 = 6,300 SEK/month in rent
Apartments with cold rent will have an increase of 28 SEK/sqm per year.
For garages and parking spaces in the center, rents will be increased by 5%.
