It’s soon time for maintenance of your apartment. Do you want to upgrade the standard or receive a rent discount? It’s your choice. According to HLU (Tenant-Controlled Apartment Maintenance), you as a tenant can decide when your apartment should be wallpapered or repainted.
Everything related to ‘Tenant-Controlled Maintenance’ can be found on kfab.se when you log in to My Pages. At the start of each new year, we update our offer for you as a tenant. On My Pages under the headline ‘My Agreements and the Object,’ you can see what maintenance is planned for your home in the upcoming year. If you forgo planned maintenance, you will receive a rent discount.
