Upgrades – Elevate the Standard of Your Living

Do you want a better stove than standard, or perhaps a dishwasher? Then you can choose to add it to your apartment. It’s easy and convenient to make additions with KFAB. We take care of most things, from installation to repair of the added products.

Once the addition is installed, you pay a fee per month for each product. The fee is displayed on your rent invoice. For some additional products, you also need to pay a down payment. All additional equipment is considered standard equipment in the apartment after installation and is therefore covered by our maintenance commitment.

To make an addition, you can contact KFAB’s Customer Center where you sign a contract for the additions you want. To be able to sign a contract, you must be the contract holder for the apartment, and if two people hold the contract, both must also be part of the order for additional products.

KFAB reserves the right to make a technical assessment in each individual case regarding whether it is practically possible to install an addition.
