A big CONGRATULATIONS to Gerd Persson in Julita who has been named Best Neighbor 2022. Gerd was nominated by her neighbor Monica Eriksdotter. Isn’t it wonderful to have lovely and considerate neighbors!
This is what Monica wrote in her nomination.
“I moved here from Småland and have lived and moved several times but have NEVER been so warmly received as by my three other neighbors with Gerd leading the way with a purchased flower and welcoming me. She is 83 years old and I am ‘only’ 63 years. She spreads joy here and for many years before I came here, she has been considerate towards the other neighbors. It would be nice if you highlighted these small communities with wonderful people who don’t make much noise and not just those who live in large apartment buildings in Katrineholm.”
