Sponsorship Policy

KFAB’s view on sponsorship is that it should be a business-oriented collaboration that benefits both parties. Through sponsorship, KFAB aims to achieve maximum exposure for its brand and company name. We want many people to perceive and appreciate our involvement. The exposure should be focused, clear, and powerful.

Purpose

The purpose of sponsorship is to strengthen the image of KFAB and its brand, as well as to help KFAB appear as an active and leading player in the housing and local market. Through its sponsorship, KFAB should promote children’s and youth activities and contribute to increased equality and integration.

Guidelines

KFAB shall:

  • sponsor broad activities where we reach many people through associations, organizations, and others
  • sponsor activities that fall within the areas of sports, culture, and environment
  • aim for balance in the sponsorship activities between the various main areas
  • sponsor locally, i.e., primarily collaborate with associations, organizations, and others operating within the municipality
  • always draw up agreements with the sponsored party
  • ensure the agreements are based on clear counter-performances

KFAB shall not:

  • sponsor political or religious organizations
  • sponsor extreme or high-risk activities that may cause offense, be perceived as unethical, or generate badwill
  • sponsor activities that go against our values, morals, or environmental considerations
  • sponsor individual persons
  • engage in passive and routine funding

Sponsorship Agreement

A sponsorship agreement should contain the following points:

  • Names, addresses, and organization numbers of the parties
  • Contact persons
  • The purpose of the sponsorship
  • The activity
  • Commitments of the parties
  • The duration of the agreement
  • Terms for terminating the agreement
