Katrineholms Fastighets AB (KFAB) has been a public housing company since 1955, wholly owned by Katrineholm municipality with Katrineholms Industrihus (KIAB) as a subsidiary.

KFAB is the largest landlord in Katrineholm. We own and manage over 2,200 apartments and a variety of facilities in around 100 properties. The operation is divided into two business areas, housing and commercial premises. The commercial premises primarily consist of the municipality’s preschools, schools, service houses, and elderly care homes.
