Do you want to work with us? We continuously need new dedicated employees who are prepared to provide a high level of service and maintain high quality in their work. All employees are involved in ensuring that our tenants and customers are happy and feel secure with their accommodation or premises.

KFAB has about 45 employees. Half are office staff and the other half work with operations and service issues out with the customers.

All employees have the opportunity to influence their work situation by participating in workplace meetings and collaboration groups. At KFAB, everyone gets a clear area of responsibility and an opportunity for competence development within their own field.

To achieve a good work environment and health, regular employee surveys are conducted. The goal of the survey is to monitor the physical and psychosocial work environment. As employees, everyone has access to occupational health services where a health profile is developed to serve as a foundation for designing the workplace ergonomically. We have also decided that working hours are smoke-free and that all staff are offered subsidized wellness activities.

At KFAB, there is a staff club that organizes meetings with different activities and enjoyable companionship.
