No neighbor should have to live in fear or worry of violence. We want you to feel at home in your residence, which also means you should feel safe.
For us at KFAB, it is self-evident that zero tolerance against threats and violence should prevail in all our rental buildings. KFAB has a policy and procedure against domestic violence called Neighbor Security. With this, we want to show that we do not tolerate violence and that we take action. By caring for each other, we can create distance from violence.
If you are worried about violence, we recommend that you as a tenant:
- call the police (always contact the police first in situations that feel urgent or threatening)
- call KFAB’s disturbance hotline, tel 019-32 43 25
- make a concern report to our housing consultant, tel 0150-571 22 if you suspect someone is at risk
