Today, the first groundbreaking took place for the new Skogsborgshallen, which will be built at Skogsborgsskolan. The new sports hall is expected to be ready for the school start in the autumn of 2022.
The groundbreaking was carried out by Johan Söderberg, Chairman of the Municipal Executive Committee, Ulrica Truedsson, Chairman of the Education Committee, Torbjörn Hildemark, Principal of Skogsborgsskolan, students from Skogsborgsskolan, Roger Ljunggren, Chairman of KFAB, Patrik Karlsson from Tegelstaden Bygg AB, and Fredrik Ahlman, 1st Vice Chairman of the Education Committee.
