Do you want a better stove than the standard, or maybe a dishwasher? Then you can add it to your apartment. It’s simple and convenient with options at KFAB. We handle most things, from installation to repair of the optional product.
Once the option is installed, you pay a monthly fee for each product. The fee appears on your rent notice. For certain optional products, you also need to pay a down payment. All optional equipment is considered standard equipment in the apartment after installation and is therefore included in our maintenance commitment.
To make an option, you can contact KFAB’s Customer Center where you sign a contract for the options you want. To be able to sign a contract, you must be listed as the contract holder for the apartment, and if two people hold the contract, both must also be listed for the optional order.
KFAB reserves the right in each individual case to make a technical assessment of whether it is practically possible to install an option.
