Over the next five years, KFAB plans to build approximately 280 new homes in Katrineholm, provided that the demand for housing continues to be high.
We are now gearing up for our upcoming construction project, which is a residential building with 29 apartments in the Pantern block, near the old Hemgården. Construction is planned to start in the fall of 2019.
A comprehensive renovation is also underway at Villa Björkbacken, where we are converting into five apartments spread over three floors. Paneled doors, tiled stoves, panels, and other period-appropriate decor will be preserved as much as possible. The move-in date has not yet been determined.
